This is the second legs workout which I include as part of my Intense Circuits training.
Part 2 of this crazy leg session with high reps, more time under tension and shorter rests.
While I'm hitting other muscle groups with intense circuits, for my legs, I reduce the weights a little but increase the intensity with higher reps, more time under tension and shorter rests.
Quads done in Part 1 - now it's time for hamstrings.
I need to build my legs more than any other muscle group, so I always hit legs at least twice a week.
This is Part 2 of the first workout in my Lift Heavy series. See the final exercises for quads and then I move on to calves.
